Added tournament history.
This feature allowed to view tournament history for past years.
Now while you are viewing tournament's results (or statistics) you can see list of links to this tournament
results (statistics) for past years. So you can faster and easier access for all information regarding
certain tournament for all years you need.
Also, in "Personal Results" pages for each tournament there is link "History", following
it you can fetch all current player's matches on this tournament for all years.
This feature available for Grand Slams, Masters Series, International Series, Challenger and Davis Cup tournaments.

- Rate tournament results for whole tournament and for each round separately;
- Statistics for all matches in tournament/round (average handicaps, totals, score dispensation by sets, etc)

Added new section - "Ranks".
Using this feature you can build various players ranks. At the same time you can filtering results
by date, tournament level, surface, country.
At the moment there are only two rank available - rank by absolute points for each player,
and rank by average points (in match) for each player.
